Bonding for a Mobile World
Scapa offer a comprehensive range double and single side adhesive solutions, including a new generation Acrylic Foam Film Tape (AFFT) that offers improved die-cutting properties.
The benefits of Scapa AFFT include:

- Allows a thin bonding design while providing a cushioning effect to dampen vibration and absorb impact

Scapa have also developed a new generation Acrylic Foam Tape (AFT) pad that has excellent thermal and conductivity conformability.

Scapa AFT pads are designed for gap filling and to provide a preferential heat transfer path between heat generating and cooling devices, for instance fans and heat sinks.
EMI Shielding
Scapa offer metal foil, mesh and film, conductive foams and metal / polymer composites for EMI shielding solutions. They yield excellent X,Y and Z conductivity and add dimensional stability and strength within the electronic device.
