Board Retirement

Scapa announces that Steve Lennon, the Group’s Chief Operating Officer, has advised the Board of his intention to retire with an effective date of 31 March 2010.  Steve joined the Board in February 2005, having previously led the reorganisation and development of Scapa’s North American operation.

The Board recognises the significant contribution made by Steve and thanks him for his work at Scapa, and wishes him well in his forthcoming retirement.
