Change of Adviser

Scapa Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Arden Partners as its Nominated Adviser and Broker in succession to JPMorgan Cazenove. The change follows the move of Scapa's listing from the main market to AIM during 2006.

The appointment is effective immediately to coincide with the start of the 2007/08 financial year.
